About the Project

Terwillinger Place will be the new home for the American Legion Post 139 and the 7-story multi-family building, located at 3445 Washington Blvd. The 100% affordable units will have a 50% preference for veterans, filling another essential need within the community.

The project commenced in May 2020 and is scheduled for delivery in Summer 2022.

Extensive utility relocations are required associated with the project to accommodate current and future needs of 3445 Washington Blvd and surrounding properties. Work within the public right-of-way is required to underground electric and telecommunication lines, refeed existing residences and businesses, and meet the County’s goals of improving infrastructure concurrent with development.
